We are looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial Partnerships & Art Fair Intern to join our team for 6 months. You will be instrumental in helping us establish and grow partnerships with major art fairs, with a focus on signing new partners and coordinating successful collaborations.

Your Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential art fair partners in the DACH region.

• Pitch Singulart’s partnership opportunities to art fairs and cultural institutions.

• Negotiate and close partnership agreements.

• Coordinate the operational setup of partnerships (e.g., communication, visibility, logistics).

• Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and artist teams to maximize the impact of each partnership.

• Monitor and report on partnership performance and propose optimization strategies.

• Represent Singulart professionally in external communications and events.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Art Management, Marketing, or a related field.

• Strong interest in the art world and cultural industries.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.

• Proactive, well-organized, and able to work independently.

• Fluent in German and English; other languages are a plus.

• Previous experience in partnerships, business development, or event organization is a plus.
