Job description

Singulart is the leading online art gallery, committed to empowering artists worldwide by providing them with a space to showcase and sell their works. We are a fast-growing international company, and we pride ourselves on our passion for art and our dedication to artist care.

We are looking for a dedicated Artist Care Representative with fluency in French to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to artists and ensure long-term artist satisfaction.

Your Main Responsabilities

  • Managing Artist Inquiries: You will manage a pipeline of support tickets (mail & calls) with a very diverse range of inquiries (managing their portfolios, pricing, and overall presence on Singulart).

  • Managing trust/quality concerns, and ensuring smooth artist experiences.

  • Escalating complex issues to the Artist Support Manager when necessary.

  • Collaborating with internal teams and contribute to the improvement of operational processes through feedback.

  • Participating in Artist Success Projects: You will contribute to projects to make artists happier and increase NPS.

  • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems

Your background

  • Fluency in English and French are a must. German, Spanish, or Italian are a big plus

  • Studies in communication, business or similar

  • No knowledge in art required, but appreciated
