We are an innovative and fast-paced startup, looking for an experienced HR Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment where adaptability and change are part of daily operations. Your Role & Responsibilities:

As an HR Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and managing our growing team. Your main responsibilities will include:

  1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

    • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

    • Manage end-to-end hiring processes, from job postings to onboarding.

    • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide solutions.

  2. Office & Space Management:

    • Coordinate office-related matters in collaboration with our partner companies.

    • Manage communal workspaces to ensure a productive and welcoming environment.

  3. Culture & Employee Engagement:

    • Assist in shaping and strengthening a dynamic, inclusive, and international startup culture.

    • Assist in the implementation of initiatives to boost employee engagement and retention.

    • Help organize team-building activities and company events.

  4. HR Strategy & Support:

    • Partner with leadership to develop HR strategies that align with business objectives.

    • Run main HR processes and initiatives related to learning, talent development, performance

      1. For example : - Run Talent review process twice a year on Lucca
    • Provide guidance and support to managers on people management and team dynamics.

    • Assist in performance management and employee development programs.

Preferred experience

Your Experience & Qualifications:

  • 3-8 years of HR experience, with a proven track record of successfully managing HR functions in fast-growing startups or dynamic work environments.

  • Extensive Talent Acquisition experience – you must have successfully sourced, recruited, and onboarded top talent across different departments.

  • Experience in office management.

  • Strong background in HR administration.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and nurture an international startup culture, fostering engagement, collaboration, and employee satisfaction.

  • Experience in working closely with department heads to support their recruitment, people management, and organizational development needs.

Fluency in French and English is a must. Additional languages are an advantage.
