Your Role & Responsibilities:
As an HR Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and managing our growing team. Your main responsibilities will include:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage end-to-end hiring processes, from job postings to onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide solutions.
Office & Space Management:
Coordinate office-related matters in collaboration with our partner companies.
Manage communal workspaces to ensure a productive and welcoming environment.
Culture & Employee Engagement:
Assist in shaping and strengthening a dynamic, inclusive, and international startup culture.
Assist in the implementation of initiatives to boost employee engagement and retention.
Help organize team-building activities and company events.
HR Strategy & Support:
Partner with leadership to develop HR strategies that align with business objectives.
Run main HR processes and initiatives related to learning, talent development, performance
Provide guidance and support to managers on people management and team dynamics.
Assist in performance management and employee development programs.

Your Experience & Qualifications:
3-8 years of HR experience, with a proven track record of successfully managing HR functions in fast-growing startups or dynamic work environments.
Extensive Talent Acquisition experience – you must have successfully sourced, recruited, and onboarded top talent across different departments.
Experience in office management.
Strong background in HR administration.
Demonstrated ability to build and nurture an international startup culture, fostering engagement, collaboration, and employee satisfaction.
Experience in working closely with department heads to support their recruitment, people management, and organizational development needs.
Fluency in French and English is a must. Additional languages are an advantage.
