We are looking for a dedicated Artist Care Representative with fluency in French and / or Italian to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to artists and ensure long-term artist satisfaction.
Your Main Responsabilities
Managing Artist Inquiries: You will manage a pipeline of support tickets (mail & calls) with a very diverse range of inquiries (managing their portfolios, pricing, and overall presence on Singulart).
Managing trust/quality concerns, and ensuring smooth artist experiences.
Escalating complex issues to the Artist Support Manager when necessary.
Collaborating with internal teams and contribute to the improvement of operational processes through feedback.
Participating in Artist Success Projects: You will contribute to projects to make artists happier and increase NPS.

Detail-oriented and highly organized
Technical troubleshooting abilities
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems
Your background
Fluency in English and French or Italian are a must. German, Spanish, or any other languages are a big plus
Studies in communication, business or similar
No knowledge in art required, but appreciated
