The position

Job description

As part of its international growth, SkyVisor is looking for its Drone Operations assistant!

They will take the lead on our drone based solutions for wind turbine and photovoltaic plants digitalisation.

As part of this position, you will be in charge of inspecting renewable energy assets by drones yourself and training our customers on the use of our software solutions to get the most of our products and maximise their renewable energy assets performances. On top of that, with your technical background, you will also help orchestrate the data production workflow.

Lastly, with operations in 30 countries all around the world and growing, customer success is at the heart of our expansion strategy and will also be part of your objectives!

Then SkyVisor is looking for someone like you!

Under the supervision of our Operations Manager, you will actively participate in the company’s growth by ensuring the success of our drone operations.

The SkyVisor company currently sells 4 products focused on the wind and photovoltaic industry. These products consist of an automatic drone flight software to ensure high-quality data acquisition, a set of custom machine learning tools to identify blade and PV-module defects, and a powerful asset management platform to maximize wind and solar plant performances.

Your main missions will be as follow:

  • Travel to customers’ sites worldwide to inspect renewable energy sites and showcase our solutions.

  • Train our customers on-site and remotly.

  • Prepare drone inspection kits and help troubleshoot some on-site issues.

  • Onboarding our clients’ renewable energy assets onto our platform.

  • Quality check data and analysis delivered to our clients.

  • Report and document customers pain points for future product evolution.

  • Ensure a smooth communication between sales, tech and client teams.


Preferred experience

  • 0-3 years of work experience.

  • Minimum degree required: Bachelor’s Degree.

  • European driving license mandatory, expect to travel from 8 to 4 times a month,

  • Fluent in English and French (knowledge of German is highly appreciated).

  • Self-organised, autonomous and professional.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Keen to work in a technical environment.

  • Based in Paris, France.
