Our teams are organized into two divisions that interact according to their expertise to develop our platform:

• Development Tribe: organized into “squads”, autonomous and cohesive work units. A Business Analyst, Developers, and a Tester are working closely together under the management of a Squad Lead to develop and test integrated new improvements or features in our solution.

• Center of Excellence: providing strategic and functional support to the tribe in areas such as architecture, design or delivery

Agile Methodology: Our squads collaborate, following established routines such as daily stand-ups and retrospectives for the rapid and effective completion of projects. Chapter Leads ensure the adoption of best practices, the process standardization and skill development across squads.

We also have research projects in partnership with prestigious institutions such as Les Mines Paris and we collaborate with local engineering schools to work on innovative internship projects.

smartTrade’s AI integration relies on advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) like ChatGPT and BERT. These models are intricately woven into the trading environment, are trained on financial language and market data. The Co-Pilot is a decision-making tool which predicts market movements, suggests trading strategies, and can even automate trading based on real-time data. It uses neural machine translation to convert trader-client conversations into multiple languages, breaking language barriers while preserving context and accuracy.
