Your Opportunity

As a Corporate Development Analyst at Software Club, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, driving the expansion of our customer base and nurturing existing relationships with leadings funds and corporates.

This isn’t your average Business Development role. As a CDA, you’ll craft sophisticated targeted strategies that leverage your market insights skills and understanding of current deals and news in the B2B software space enabling you to spot the right opportunities to engage with our clients. Your contributions will be pivotal in shaping our commercial success.

This role is a gateway to the commercial world, offering you a unique opportunity to rapidly grow within our organization. Our vision for you is to evolve into a Sales Enablement Manager or take on other strategic roles in corporate finance, depending on your strengths and interests. You’ll play a crucial role in scaling our go-to-market strategy and positioning Software Club as a leader in the industry.

Your Responsibility: 

  • Strategic Outreach:

o   Develop and execute sophisticated strategies to prospect and acquire new leads by gaining a deep understanding of our target personas, their investment criteria and identifying sweet spots for collaborations.

o   Maintain a consistent and thoughtful nurturing with prospects, ensuring that each touchpoint is qualitative and helps moving them closer to conversion.

  • Product and Market Knowledge:

o   Stay continuously informed about our products, services, and trends in the financial & B2B software market.

o   Leverage current market insights by being up to date about what is happening in the market to personalize your outreach and follow-ups, making your communications more relevant and compelling to potential clients.


Preferred experience

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: 

  • Relevant Experience: Previous internship experience in Consulting, M&A, or Investment Funds is essential. You have a solid foundation in one of these fields and understand the dynamics that drive success.

  • Results-Driven: You are highly motivated to exceed sales targets and thrive on achieving outstanding results. 

  • Independent and Collaborative: You can work autonomously, taking initiative is very encouraged while also being an effective team player who contributes to collective goals.

  • Exceptional Communication Skills: You are confident and articulate in engaging with high-profile prospects, including CEOs and Managing Partners of top investment funds, and can build rapport quickly.

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required.

  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Airtable is an advantage.
