About the role:
We’re looking for our first marketing communication manager who gets as excited about Investment and Software as we do.
As our Marketing and Communications Manager, you will create, implement, and lead external and internal communications programs that increase awareness key milestones as we grow for the Software Club brand to both B2B clients, prospective candidates and experts.
This wide-ranging role will provide you with an incredible foundation to grow and make significant impact, as you will be building our community, managing campaigns, measuring the performance, and analyzing the results to see if these initiatives ultimately contribute to growth at Software Club.
How you’ll spend your time:
Develop and execute powerful and comprehensive marketing and communications plan is aligned with Software Club business strategies, and content & campaign calendar.
Drive impactful content creation by developing and executing a well-rounded strategy. Create compelling content while staying informed about industry trends to enhance communication across various platforms.
Collaborate with the People Team on internal comms and employer brand initiatives such as newsletter to our talent pool, LinkedIn post, LinkedIn career Page, Software Club’s website career page
Collaborate with Product team to align marketing initiatives with product launches, feature updates, and market trends, ensuring a unified approach and consistent messaging.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of key performance metrics, and taking corrective actions when necessary.
Manage internal communication ensuring proper information sharing across the organization; owning the internal marketing newsletter, members newsletter and other internal communications programs.
Plan, execute, and oversee marketing events—both virtual and in-person—to elevate brand visibility and deepen community engagement. Lead community initiatives by building strong relationships with users and influencers, fostering a dynamic and supportive network around Software Club.
