Right now, we’re searching for an experienced Technical Support Specialist for our team in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
What You’ll Do as a Technical Support Specialist in Solarity:
Provide technical documentation (datasheets, installation & operation manuals, warranty conditions, certifications) of our products (PV modules, inverters, ESS and others) for your colleagues and customers.
Give internal and external technical assistance (system design suggestions, clarifications of product features, functionalities).
Support customers during the installation and commissioning of the systems.
Help customers with system operation and maintenance (monitoring, updates).
Support customers in case of product defects under warranty.
Conduct technical trainings for your colleagues and customers.
Visit manufacturers and attend their trainings, record and document it to improve know-how in the company.

We’re seeking a candidate who:
Holds an education in electrical engineering with on-site experience (PV experience is an advantage).
Excels in time management, works well independently and is proactive in problem-solving.
Speaks Czech and can communicate in English.
Is an active driver.
