Bětka started working at Solarity in 2021 as a part-time student. Since starting with the company, she has moved through various departments to become more experienced before returning to purchasing where she became Head of Operations. She is currently in charge of a team of purchasing operatives, controlling the output of the purchasing department, and communicating with the company's sales representatives and suppliers. In her spare time, she enjoys delving into the ins and outs of the ERP system and discovering new ways to make things easier for herself and her colleagues.
Solarity
Tzanko originally worked as a B2B software salesman in the energy industry. He started at Solarity as a Sales Representative for small and medium-sized businesses and later moved on to international corporate clients. He works on complex deliveries of photovoltaic components and services to companies for power plants from 1kW to large projects over 5MW. He emphasises a personal approach to clients, aiming for long-term relationships and mutual success.
Ervin came to Solarity straight from university, back when they were still a young startup. It happened by accident, he applied for a completely different position. Thanks to the fact that he speaks Hungarian, he soon worked his way up from Sales Representative to Country Manager for Hungary, where he also set up a local office. Today he is responsible for the wider Central and Eastern Europe region. In ten years, he and his partners have managed to implement thousands of photovoltaic power plants while establishing great friendships with clients and colleagues.
Marietta started working at Solarity in 2022 as a Customer Care Specialist. She was impressed by the incredibly friendly interview atmosphere, the personal approach to employees and the overall atmosphere at the company's headquarters. She currently looks after customers in the CEE region and is in close contact with the company's Sales Representatives. Marietta's main duties are daily cooperation and sales support in logistics, administration and marketing, communication with the warehouse and coordination of international and domestic shipments.
