The position

Job description

As a Banking Back-Office Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of daily banking operations. You will be responsible for managing and executing internal banking processes, resolving issues and incidents reported by customers, and carrying out daily operational tasks to meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Banking Operations:
  • Monitor and process daily back-office operations, including SEPA, cards, and other daily operational tasks.

    Identify, analyze, and resolve operational issues related to transactions, in accordance with internal Service Level Agreements (SLA).

  • Process Optimization
  • Suggest process improvements through your daily activities to enhance customer satisfaction.

    Actively contribute to the definition and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPI) for operational activities.

  • Collaboration and Support
  • Work closely with internal teams (notably the Care and Revenue teams) as well as external partners to address and resolve issues.

    Participate in projects aimed at improving and automating payment systems.

    Who we are looking for

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in an operational or support role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage incidents.
  • Autonomy and rigor, with the ability to quickly identify and utilize relevant information.
  • Curiosity and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
  • Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
  • Knowledge of card payments and the card lifecycle is a plus.
  • Customer-centric, proactive, and adaptable approach.
