The position

Job description

We are looking for dynamic Account Executives who will proactively hunt business opportunities.

To do so, you will become an expert on Spinergie’s products and understand the market dynamics to fuel client discussion.

You will build and strengthen your network with key players in the maritime industry globally.

Your missions are:

  • Source business opportunities using dedicated prospection tools, your professional network, and our client base
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, including contract negotiations
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to define customers’ pain points and how Spinergie can address them
  • Approach the role with a growth-oriented and learning, entrepreneurial mindset as we are expanding to new segments of the maritime industry
  • Collaborate with management to improve and implement commercial strategies

Preferred experience

  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales

  • a significant experience in the maritime or offshore industry

  • A proactive hunter mentality

  • A reliable and accountable personality

  • Solid communication skills (verbal & written) in English

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Listening skills to frame client needs and sharp business acumen

  • A good team spirit
