The position

Job description

The data asset manager will be part of a highly innovative team, disrupting the way real estate asset managers operate. We increase the financial and environmental performance of the assets by identifying the most impactful actions on tenant management, user experience and ESG. Our decision-making models are based on a large set of data collected, including building operations, financial and services data.

Our clients include top institutional investors, investment funds, REITs and operators. Our teams interact at a very strategic layer with both top management and operational asset/portfolio managers.

This position is the key contact for our real estate clients and requires delivery of strategic recommendations to increase portfolio value. You will be using our advanced data platform, designed and developed by our product and data teams.

Objectives:

  • Build and manage strong relationships with our clients

  • Formalize client needs and data-drive the asset management strategy

  • Interpret data for asset managers by identifying highly valuable opportunities in their portfolios, analysing risks and modelling the impact on financial and environmental performance

  • Contribute to the set up and execution of an innovative data asset management methodology

  • Develop and maintain partnerships with real estate asset managers, operators and proptech players

  • Contribute to product development by gathering clients’ needs to design and implement new features

  • Support business development actions


Preferred experience

• Business school, engineering school or equivalent
• 4-7 years of real estate experience in asset management or in smart building/digital software for real estate
• Strong understanding of asset management practices, including office and residential buildings operations, financial, technical and environmental performance
• Strong analytical skills and sense of prioritization
• Curiosity for technology, ESG and innovation
• Good command of MS office, knowledge of a BI tool is a plus
• Fluent in French and English. Any other European language is a plus


Recruitment process

  • 30-min screening interview to ensure candidate experience and expectations are well-aligned with the available role

  • 45-min CV interview where the candidate will have an opportunity to share their experience and motivation for the job

  • Case study interview with two members of the team - the case study will be prepared at home ahead of the meeting

  • A series of 30-min fit interviews with several members of the team to ensure overall cultural fit with the company
