The R&D team participates in the design / improvement of diagnostic instruments embedded softwares and reagents which reliability contributes to human health. 70% of medical decisions are based on In Vitro Diagnostic tests. Stago places technology at the heart of its product development.
The R&D team is mainly located at the Gennevilliers site (near Paris). There are also R&D departments in some subsidiaries such as Ireland, Germany, the Netherlands and the US.

The Industrial and Supply Chain Department includes the production of our instruments and reagents, quality control and the Supply Chain. The production is located in France, Ireland and Germany. The teams ensure the production of instruments, i.e. the assembly of medical analysis instruments, the manufacture of reagents and raw materials, as well as their packaging.
The quality control laboratory is located close to Paris, and ensures the reliability of Stago products that are made available to medical analysis laboratories. The Supply Chain ensures the constant availability of products throughout the world.

The sales and customer service department includes sales forces worldwide, dedicated customer service teams, marketing, data management and regulatory affairs.
Stago is represented in more than 110 countries and sells specialized in vitro diagnostic solutions mainly to hospitals and medical analysis laboratories. The customer service teams ensure a high level of service through their expertise and relationship management. Customer satisfaction is at the heart of Stago's DNA.
The marketing teams are divided into two parts: global marketing, which defines the strategy to meet the needs of our customers, and operational marketing, which adapts and deploys the global marketing strategy on the markets.
The Regulatory Affairs department manages all regulatory registrations for products worldwide. The Data Management department is responsible for the exploitation and analysis of business data on a global scale.

The support functions include several departments within Stago: Human Resources, Finance, Legal and General Services, IT.
These departments are located at each site in the Ile-de-France region and at each subsidiary in order to guarantee greater proximity.
Their mission is to ensure the smooth running of the company and to support the operational teams on a daily basis.
