As Brand Lead, you will be responsible for bringing Staycation’s brand vision to life by executing an ambitious marketing strategy across all countries and touchpoints, with the best possible team.
Strategy
Participate to building a consistent brand strategy with Kevin (CMO and Cofounder), based on the company’s vision, mission and objectives
Streamline the strategy into a compelling marketing plan with initiatives, clear objectives, deliverables and KPIs
Execution
Own the marketing plan’s successful delivery across all countries and touchpoints, from run operations to seasonal or adhoc initiatives (campaigns, activations, partnerships…)
Oversee the development of creative briefs, content creation (shoots, UGC, in-house production) and media planning to deliver a consistent animation on every touchpoint (SoMe, Website, Newsletters, Ads…)
Ensure communications and marketing materials from all teams reflect the established brand guidelines and convey Staycation’s unique point of view
Monitoring
Establish KPIs and use data-driven insights to track brand performance and impact
Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management on brand performance and opportunities for improvement
Manage the brand and media budget
Team Leadership
Size and recruit a team of brand professionals (Content Manager, Art Director, etc…)
Manage the team and foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability
Stakeholder Management
Recruit and liaise with external partners, including a PR agency, creative studios, local editors, freelance experts, media partners, and influencers, to develop impactful partnerships and campaigns
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within the organization to gain support for brand initiatives and ensure consistent brand messaging across digital, social media, and traditional channels

You’ll have the unique opportunity to work closely with the CMO as their operational partner. In this key role, you'll help shape and tell the Staycation story, contributing to the strategy and most of all, taking full ownership of execution in our brand deployment.
You’ll have a creative playground to activate and deploy Staycation’s vision across all channels. You'll also build your own team, selecting the talents you’ll collaborate with to bring this vision to life.

Must Have
Bac+5 in Marketing or Communications
8-10 years of experience in Brand Management within B2C brands or agencies, with a strong digital focus
Significant experience in team management
Excellent organizational, project management, and leadership skills
Strong budget management capabilities, with the ability to plan and execute long-term marketing initiatives.
Experience leading creative teams and working with influencers
Fluent in French (native level) and English
Nice to Have
Experience in marketing campaigns across all touchpoints (website, newsletters, social media, etc.)
Experience with CRM systems
Knowledge of Figma
