Mission:

You will work as an important member of our fast growing global legal team supporting our business and operations. What you will do varies by the day and evolves over time but there will be a big focus on commercial deal work.

What You'll do:

  • Supporting the full customer contract life cycle mainly in EMEA, including helping business teams during RFPs and answers to calls for tenders. 
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including customer agreements, services agreements, taking ownership of legal support for all purchasing agreements, commercial and tech partnership agreements, software and license agreements, etc.
  • Liaising with other functions such as Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Finance, Product, etc. on various contract queries and leading various projects.
  • Providing support to internal teams in daily projects (e.g. purchasing, marketing, compliance, customer support, etc.).
  • Delivering training sessions to the teams on various subjects (e.g. contracts, privacy, marketing, etc).
  • Helping to ensure a legal watch and analysis in relation to our activities.

    • Who You Are:

  • 4+ years of experience in a top-tier/tech law firm or as an in-house lawyer in a fast growing tech company (ideally a SaaS start-up/scale up).
  • Curious, open-minded, adaptable and excited by the dynamic start up/growth environment.
  • Ability to lead and manage numerous deals and meet tight deadlines when necessary to achieve business objectives.
  • Fluent in French, English and German (must), and a good sense of diplomacy. Self-starter with well-honed organizational and analytical skills.
  • Team-player and ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
