Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled senior backend developer to lead the development of our backend infrastructure. You will play a key role in the evolution of our platform, ensuring that it meets the requirements of a growing European market and contributes to the energy transition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and implement robust, scalable backend systems using Ruby on Rails and Python.

• Mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

• Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and scalability.

• Work closely with product managers, frontend developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Drive the technical vision and roadmap for the backend infrastructure.

• We usually try to do all the interview post screening in our office in Paris, in that case, there is usually a lunch with the tech team to meet everyone and see the group fit
