Within the Global Operations Organisation, our mission is to build the best customer experience in the fintech industry by delivering an effortless, streamlined journey to all our merchants. To enable us to achieve our mission, we are seeking an Operations Analytics Lead who will empower data analysts and product analysts to drive transformative change in the way we support our merchants and optimise operations.
In this role, you will lead a team that delivers actionable insights across Product Operations, Customer Support and Customer Success, establishing a unified source of truth between our human and automated channels that support data-driven decision-making, minimise operational costs and enhance merchant experience. You will partner with stakeholders to efficiently translate business needs to data and implement strong measurement capabilities, advancing the usage of analytics among non technical stakeholders. You will provide thought leadership and data support on the design, execution, and measurement of experiments and channel tests. You will also identify performance gaps and highlight opportunities to maximize impact and provide hands-on support for one or more of our acquisition channels.
