Preferred experience

You’re a great match if:

  • Proven experience as an Engineering Director or similar leadership role in a technology company (start-up, scale-up, or another fast-paced work environment).

  • Strong technical background and experience with various software development methodologies. Deep proficiency in programming languages, scalable system architectures, and cloud platforms.

  • Significant professional experience in leading and scaling high-performing engineering teams.

  • Strong leadership and organizational management skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. Capacity to create and drive strategies for initiatives while aligning engineering goals with company-wide objectives.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on operational excellence.

  • Our ideal teammate: Empathetic. Skilled. Frank. We love to challenge each other, and we leave our egos at the door.

It’s okay if you don’t tick all the boxes — don’t let imposter syndrome prevent you from applying! 🙌
