Swan is looking for a Financial Analyst Apprentice to join our best-in-class and business-oriented Finance Team.

✨ Main tasks
Run, automate and improve Swan’s monthly reporting & forecasting
Provide support for ad-hoc analysis for Sales, Marketing, Product and Operations to improve business performance
Assist in the elaboration of our yearly budget
Work in collaboration with our data team to ensure financial data is integrated in our data warehouse
Participate in the implementation of new tools (ERP, Cash Management Software, Reconciliation Software) to improve our accounting process
Participate in the fundraising process with external investors

By joining Swan as a Finance Intern, you will fully integrate into a finance team of around ten people, working closely together on various topics ranging from performance management to accounting and process optimization. You will interact daily with the entire team as well as with the other departments such as Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations.
You will get the chance to cover in “real life” all important corporate finance topics such as: financial analysis, business strategy, data and corporate finance.

You are looking for an apprentice in a Master degree to join us for a 12-month or 24-month apprenticeship.
You demonstrate strong modeling and analytical skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and financial metrics.
You have an advanced proficiency in Excel for data extraction and manipulation, as well as experience with BI tools and SQL.
You show the ability to learn quickly and a strong sense of curiosity.
You are capable of solving problems and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
You have excellent communication skills (English is a must, oral & written, French is a strong plus).
You possess clear and concise presentation skills for communicating financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
You are a self-driven individual who strives for excellence. You demonstrate transparency, honesty, and trustworthiness in all aspects of your work.
