Swan is looking for a Growth intern in Paris to support our Go-To-Market team. You will join a multi-disciplinary Growth team with the mission to accelerate Swan’s Go-To-Market with innovative strategies.
We are looking for someone with strong business acumen and a builder mindset (technical skills are a plus). This role is best suited to a curious and proactive person, someone who is willing to learn and is comfortable with experimenting over and over again.
You will support the team on our existing processes, data, and automations to make sure that they run smoothly on a day-to-day basis. Next to that, you’ll use your technical expertise to co-build our growth engine vision: finding and contacting the right company, at the right time, with the right message.
We are looking for someone available to start from March to June 2025, for 5 or 6 months.
✨ Day-to-day responsibilities will involve tasks such as:
Develop from scratch new outbound strategies (email/LinkedIn campaigns/gifts program…) to create memorable experiences for our prospects and drive pipeline generation.
Assist our AEs and SDRs who are going to events by providing them with attendees lists, and pre/post-event outbound sequences.
Build our lead generation infrastructure based on intent signals, customers’ verticals, and geographies
Support less technical teams across the organisation by building automations or custom internal tools to facilitate their work
✨ Your team
You will work closely with Maxence & Vincent, Growth Ops and Growth Lead at Swan. As their responsibilities are quite broad, you will also be regularly in touch with the whole Marketing team, as well as members of the Sales team (Rev Ops, SDRs, AEs).
✨ You’re a great match if:
You are looking for a 5 to 6-month internship and are willing to spend your internship in our Parisian office.
You have past experiences in a fast-paced environment such as start-ups (in the fintech space is a plus), VC firms, strategy consulting, or similar.
You’re proactive, eager to bring solutions, and willing to roll up your sleeves: in the growth team, we brainstorm ideas for 30 minutes and then work until we bring them to life.
You speak and write fluent English. French is a plus, but as we consider ourselves as a European company, it’s not mandatory.
You already have some experience using automation tools (n8n, Make), scrappers, and no-code tools.
Our ideal teammate: Empathetic. Skilled. Frank. We love to challenge each other, and we leave our egos at the door.
It’s okay if you don’t tick all the boxes — don’t let imposter syndrome prevent you from applying! 🙌
Swan is committed to providing a caring work environment for all employees, regardless of age, sex, disability, sexual orientation, race, religion, or belief.
When it comes to recruitment, we’re interested in your work experience, skills, and overall personality. Because diversity makes the workplace stronger and is necessary for Swan’s success, we are intensifying efforts to incorporate concrete actions to help us improve in this area.

Excellence: We are a team of experts who consistently go all out to create pixel-perfect banking services and exceed our partners’ expectations— whatever it takes.
