The position

Job description

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic IT Systems Administrator to join our growing team. As an IT System Administrator (or IT Engineer), you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our IT environment. This position is designed for a professional who possesses a combination of technical expertise and hands-on experience in managing IT systems with a focus on automation and project management. You will be joining our IT team in our Paris office.

✨ Main tasks

Systems Administration and maintenance:

  • Assist in the management and maintenance of the IT “infrastructure”, including many SaaS tools, systems, hardwares and a bit of basic network,

  • Perform routine hardware and software updates to ensure optimal performance (via MDM),

  • Oversee software and hardware installations, configurations, and upgrades, ensuring all systems are up-to-date and secure.

Project management:

  • Work on many IT projects to enhance the IT environment,

  • IAM/Access: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels across various platforms,

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT systems, procedures, and configurations.

Security Measures:

  • Implement and enforce security protocols and best practices to safeguard systems and data,

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with IT team on support and projects,

  • Collaborate with Security team to develop and implement IT/Security strategies aligned with organizational goals,

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs and provide effective solutions.

Your team 

You will join the IT team run by Gabriel - IT Manager and enhanced by Gérald - IT Specialist. Working very closely with the Security team. Composed of 1 VP + 3 Engineers.


Preferred experience

You’re a great match if:

  • You have at least 4-5 Years of experience as an IT Systems Administrator or in a similar role, ideally having worked in start-up / scale up.

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

  • Strong macOS proficiency is required. Additional proficiency in G Suite and Okta would be a plus.

  • Knowledge of security protocols and measures.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.

  • You enjoy working in a challenging fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French, enabling effective communication in our international environment.
