Swan is looking for a Revenue Operations Intern for our Go-To-Market (GTM) team. Your primary mission will be to contribute to its efficiency and performance improvement. You’ll work on various aspects, from developing detailed reports and presentations to contributing to the organization of key internal routines, and process innovation. In addition, you will work on optimizing the use of tools of the team and continue to evolve the onboarding process for all GTM functions.
✨ Your mission
Data Reporting:
Generate and update weekly KO for the GTM team meeting.
Create comprehensive PipeGen reports
Design and maintain presentations for Quarterly Business Reviews, Pre Pipeline Reviews, and other strategic meetings
Deliver monthly performance analyses to the teams covering new and existing business
Review reporting systems and propose improvements
Enhance HubSpot reporting
Perform deep-dive analyses when required
PipeGen:
Support PipeGen Day preparation (ie. 2 dedicated mornings in the week when Sales people dedicate their time to outreaching prospects and book meetings)
Manage the event reporting and processes
Assist with upcoming marketing initiatives
Design optimized outreach sequences in Lemlist
Tools & Enablement:
Collaborate with teams to optimize tool usage: Create user guides for Fathom, Aircall, Planhat, and Lemlist
Review and improve the onboarding program for all GTM functions.
Handle HubSpot administration including creating users and properties
Analyze team workflows to identify and resolve inefficiencies

You will report to the Revenue Operations Lead, and become the trusted partner of all GTM functions (Marketing, Sales, Account Management).

You’re currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
You possess good knowledge of Revenue Operations fundamentals, including key metrics and roles.
You have strong project and stakeholder management skills, which are essential to keep our projects on track and ensure that all the teams are effectively working together.
You’re passionate, curious, and learn quickly. We’re always exploring new technologies and approaches to improve our work.
You enjoy working in a fast-paced, target-driven, and team-oriented environment
You’re autonomous with a “can-do” spirit, able to take ownership of your work.
You are proficient in using Gsheet or Excel.
Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot or Lemlist is a plus, but not required.
You’re professionally proficient in English.
