Swan is expanding rapidly across Europe, with recruitment playing a pivotal role in driving our success. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be a key member of the talent Acquisition team, reporting directly to Amélie, our Team Lead.
In this role, you’ll oversee the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and attracting top talent to interviewing and collaborating closely with hiring managers to meet the company’s evolving needs.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your mission is to drive Swan’s growth across Europe and elevate the candidate experience. You will recruit new “Swanees” for various roles (Go-to-Market, Operations, Compliance, etc.) and locations (France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Italy). You’ll guide candidates throughout their entire journey, ensuring a smooth, positive, and engaging experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
✨ Main tasks
Recruit the Best Talents: Take full ownership of the recruitment process from start to finish, developing and implementing targeted sourcing strategies to meet the company’s hiring needs. Proactively identify and engage top talent, conduct thorough screening interviews, present a well-qualified shortlist to hiring managers, and manage the process through to offer acceptance.
Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at each recruitment stage. Coordinate interviews, maintain post-interview engagement, debrief with hiring managers and interviewers, and effectively communicate our company’s story, vision, and culture.
Strategic Sourcing: Design and execute creative and effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and employee referrals.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand each role, developing tailored strategies to attract top-tier talent.
Data-Driven Approach: Prioritize the hiring of high-quality candidates with both agility and efficiency. Leverage data and analytics to optimize the recruitment process, monitor performance, and track key recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Talent Acquisition Projects: Work on various talent acquisition projects such as Employer branding, refining processes, and optimizing recruitment tools.

It’s okay if you don’t tick all the boxes — don’t let imposter syndrome prevent you from applying! 🙌

✨ Perks of being a Swanee:
Hybrid remote policy: We offer the possibility of working from home for 2 days per week.
The best health insurance: Alan 🦭
Swan encourages you to have fun staying fit, thanks to partnerships with Classpass & Gymlib.
We respect your lunch break. Mid-day free-time is sacred and our French office even provides a Swile card to cover your meal on work days. 🥪
Twice a year we go somewhere gorgeous (a chateau, a mountain) where we reconnect, deep-dive into big topics, and relax.
This isn’t a perk, it should be the rule, but diversity and inclusion are important at Swan. We’re working hard to get better every day.
✨ Our values:
Swan’s core values guide our actions daily. Individually, they may seem obvious, but together, they form a unique culture.
Simplicity: Leonardo Da Vinci said: “simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.” If something’s convoluted or confusing, we work extra hard to break it down. - Making complex things simple is what we do.
Long Term: We always play the long game, whether it’s to support our partners in their growth journey, or make tangible commitments to climate action.
Excellence: We are a team of experts who consistently go all out to create pixel-perfect banking services and exceed our partners’ expectations— whatever it takes.
Be Human: We believe in the power of kindness and the importance of acting with integrity. But embracing our humanity extends beyond interpersonal interactions, it means caring about greater issues that affect our planet.
