The position

Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated B2B salesperson to join SWISH, with a primary focus on Italy. As a representative of our company, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of professional customers in the electric vehicle charging infrastructure sector (cars, buses, trucks). You will play a key role in building lasting relationships with customers, supporting them at every stage of their decarbonization projects.

Your responsibilities:

- Identify and target potential new B2B customers.

- Manage and follow up with prospects throughout the sales process.

- Develop the sales strategy, focusing primarily on logistics companies and vehicle fleets.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key industry players.

- Participate in events and trade shows to expand your network of contacts.

- Manage the entire sales process, from initial research to contract conclusion.

- Negotiate contract terms, including financial aspects and service level agreements (SLAs).

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of sold solutions.


Preferred experience

Determination and organizational skills.

- Strong teamwork attitude.

- Degree in economics, marketing or equivalent.

- At least 5 years’ successful sales experience.

- In-depth knowledge of the energy sector and/or electric vehicle mobility or charging infrastructure.

- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a strong challenge-oriented mindset.

- Fluency in Italian and English is essential. Knowledge of French would be an additional asset.
