As an Account Manager, you will support our Senior Manager, Partner Solutions in activities to acquire, service and develop relationships with channel partners that include independent financial advisors, family offices, asset managers and life insurance companies.
Key responsibilities:
In your daily duties, you will:
- Support the team in administrative activities including onboarding of new business relationships.
- Answer client and prospect inquiries by telephone and in writing as well as internal coordination with other departments (back office, compliance etc.).
- Manage relationships with clients and prospects by servicing and anticipating their needs and ensuring they receive the highest levels of service quality.
- Work closely with clients and prospects to provide regular updates, better understand their needs, diagnose commercial results, and collect information and feedback to support their activities.
- Stay up to date on all industry and marketplace developments.
- Organise and participating when needed in events, meetings, and marketing activities.
- Produce weekly and monthly KPI reports.
