The Institutional Sales & Partners team consists of six people and ensures the acquisition and activation of new customers in the various institutional segments. The members of the team work independently to achieve the jointly set targets. The basis for excellent and successful customer development is a cooperative and informal working relationship. There is a very good team spirit in the team in combination with a pronounced winner mentality. Standing up for each other, sticking together and helping each other are just as much a matter of course as respectful interaction and the common will to achieve goals and celebrate success.
