The position

Job description

  • Processing client deposits and withdrawals as well as internal transfers
  • Preparation of client volume and revenue analyses (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Extracting reports from trading platforms (fiscal statements for clients)
  • Support in opening new client accounts in line with the necessary KYC, AML, and Due Diligence procedures
  • Closing client accounts on request
  • Producing opened and closed accounts Monthly report (Reporting to Commission)
  • Monitoring of margins, groups and client commissions conversions (monthly)
  • Website monitoring
  • Review of the internal best-execution report
  • Any other duties that given by the Finance Manager.
  • Unlock client accounts on the ePortal (incl. password resets)
  • Support with the preparation of annual CRS return

Preferred experience

  • Educated to degree level
  • Junior. Experience working for an FCA regulated firm would be an advantage.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office with Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
  • Fluent English both written and spoken
  • Impeccable telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
  • Very well organised with good time management skills
  • An over achiever, resilient, enthusiastic and self-motivated
  • Able to take proactive action when necessary
  • Accuracy, precision and attention to detail
  • All candidates must have the legal right to work in the UK and provide proof of this
