The position

Job description

Responsibilities

 

  • Review, process, and validate new corporate client applications and B2B relationships, ensuring compliance with SLAs and operational risk controls.
  • Manage client account documentation, including openings, amendments, and accurate data maintenance.
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate daily tasks and maintain transparent audit trails using operational applications.
  • Develop and update departmental procedures in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify process improvements and manage complex customer queries as needed.

 


Preferred experience

Your Profile:

  • 1-3 years' experience in banking or fintech back-office operations, preferably with corporate and B2B accounts
  • Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
