How this role drives the company forward :
The Manager, Finance and Administration HR role is responsible to ensure financial deadlines are met by ensuring all accounting transactions are properly accounted and solving any transactional accounting related issues or problems
The Manager, Finance and Administration HR is an onsite role located in Göteborg and has a possibility to work at home once a week.
What will you do :
Supervise and oversee the daily operations as well as general ledger activities
Manage accounting functions and preparation of reports and statistics detailing financial results
Manage cost allocation and stock calculation
Establishes and maintains accounting practices to ensure accurate and reliable data necessary for business operations
Oversees budgets and cost controls, financial analysis
Analyzes and interprets financial data and recommends changes to improve systems and financial performance
Work closely with Head of Finance in France and other departments, such as logistics and productions to ensure accurate operating expense reporting and identifying efficient business operations
Coordinate and facilitate the annual audit process with external auditors.
Acts as a liaison between the company, Skatteverket and auditors providing the required information and ensuring that proper information is maintained for historical purposes
VAT declaration
Payroll verification and social charge declaration
On-bording and off bording staff administration
This position has supervisory responsibilities
The position may also direct the activities of the management information systems function.
University/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or equivalent is required
Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance experience required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex financial issues.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Proficient use of Excel is required.
Swedish and English speaking are required .
