Under the responsibility of the Senior Partnership Marketing Manager, the Strategic & Creative Planner develops and implements the Marketing plan dedicated to the partner by ensuring the balance between the marketing response to the business need while ensuring that the brand’s positioning and Vitality’s global marketing strategy are respected.
Main functions are:
Develop and implement brand strategies to support innovative content and activation strategies for partnerships, in line with the latest trends in digital marketing and esports, and in line with the partner brief and contractual objectives of the partnership
Transform these strategies into innovative creative concepts to activate the partnership
Work closely with the Partnerships team to ensure seamless integration of marketing activations into partner strategies
Be responsible for the strategy and activations with the various internal divisions (PR, production, partnerships): coordination of the various experts to deliver concrete roll-outs of the top-line activations sold
Analyze activation performance and provide strategic insights for continuous campaign optimization
Actively participate in the performance and renewal of partnerships, proposing creative ideas and tailor-made solutions to develop upsell offers and propose marketing actions for renewal offers
As such, he/she is in charge of the following functions:
As part of the structuring and development of the Partnership’s activities, in conjunction with the KAM team in charge of developing this activity
Proposal of a strategic marketing activation plan to meet the contractual objectives and the client brief while prioritizing the respect of the marketing strategic objectives
Coordination with the relevant teams internally and externally to deliver the activation plan
Sharing the marketing approach to enable the Partnership team to sell recommendations and action plans
Operational project management of all activations
Formulation of marketing recommendations to support partner projects held by the Partnerships team
Coordination and mobilization in project mode of the various departments involved in the design of content offers (Communication, Creation, influence marketing, esports)
Participation in the assessment and post-mortem related to the activations delivered: provision of relevant data to build future recommendations
Development of marketing thinking and ideation in the context of customer prospecting and partnership renewals (new business)
Market monitoring and research
Strong appetite for branding, brand strategies, consumer journey, consumer behavior analysis, societal/creative/media trends
Knowledge of the esports ecosystem will be a much-appreciated bonus
Ability to synthesize and transform strategic thinking into a clear brief for all internal teams

Mastery of the Pack Office
