Develop your skills and your career!

Drive and energize our annual campaigns:

  • Take an active part in preparing and leading performance management, skills development and talent identification campaigns
  •  Help lead and support the People & Culture community during Talent Management campaigns

 

Contribute to our flagship initiative “My Development Journey”:

  • Participate in the project to identify career paths within T.EN

 

Support the team in organizing and leading inspirational business events

  • Contribute actively to the global adoption of the governance rules defined as part of the “My Development Journey” project
  • Organize T.EN's first global business event and the roll-out of our internal mobility rules

 

Analyze and optimize with data and systems:

  • Help produce and consolidate key data and performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Contribute actively to the deployment of a new HR information system user experience for Talent Management modules

 

Ensure effective internal communication:

  • Update and improve our communication tools, such as organization charts and the HR library.

 

Starting Date: September 2025

Duration: 1 year

 

About you:

We love to hear from you and how you match with this position. To be successful in this mission you should consider the following requirements:

- You’re attending a Master's degree level education from a Business School or University

- Previous experience in HR is a plus 

- You are fluent in English (working language)

- You have strong analytical skills, you pay attention to details. You have excellent organizational skills. You are someone proactive, autonomous and curious.

- You master the Microsoft Office Suite (PPT, Excel, Teams)
