The IDS (Information and Digital Services) department provides global digital services and solutions to Technip Energies' employees and external partners. In the context of managing the energy transition, the Real Estate and Equipment department is rapidly developing its digital services to manage the Group's buildings as closely as possible.

We are recruiting an Application Systems Manager - Real Estate and Legal to manage the digital portfolio of solutions in this area.  

About the role :

Working within the IDS Corporate department, you will be responsible for :

• Day-to-day management of the project portfolio - governance, reporting, documentation (monitoring of governance cycles, participation in reporting, preparation of dashboards).

• Support for business commitment and application production (training relays, open bars, user support).

• Data management (support for parameterization data preparation, business coordination on data collection, data quality checks).

• Management of schedules, interdependencies and resource conflicts.

• IT support for users of specific applications (ticket processing, escalations, diagnostic assistance).

Profile required :

• You are preparing a degree at BAC +3 level or above in IT/ Data Science/ Project Management/ Change Management or a Business School with a predominantly IT focus.

• You are fluent in English, have a good command of the Pack Office and a sound knowledge of Data Management.

• With a strong team spirit and a performance & results orientation, you are autonomous, structured and organized.

• Communicative and reactive, you are proactive and have a good ability to summarize.
