Your Future challenges :

Operational Support

• Purchase the subcontracted studies for the different projects, while following the Procurement procedures and purchasing processes, under the lead Buyer management
• Strongly Support Technip projects, with regular communication and reporting to project managers
• Build Financial, budgetary and contractual Mappings for a dedicated project when required
• Build the execution plan of the subcontracted studies, their contractual basis and negotiate the commercial proposals following the project schedule, with the support of the lead buyer
• Share and bring experience to the team, updating the know-how and work methodologies, participate to the continuous improvement of the department
• Participate to procurement strategy, identify the frame agreements to be set up and focus on potential savings and dedicated actions to be driven to reach them

Animation around the position, in coordination with the lead buyer

• Define together with the manager, the operational priorities 
• Control the spent manhours and predict forecast manhours imposed by the purchasing process for each study type, depending on the project and study complexity
• Train newcomers, and bring support to the buyers in the team

Your keys to succeed:

With a higher education background (General Engineering diploma / Business Schools / DESS Purchasing or equivalent), you have at least 2 years’ experience in the field of Subcontracts or Purchasing, ideally in the Energy field.

You are familiar with ERP and tender management tools.

Your autonomy, your leadership and your ability to communicate and negotiate will enable you to succeed in this position. You are comfortable working in a multicultural environment and your English is fluent.
