We are currently seeking a Global Quality Technical Manager reporting directly to the Global Quality Director to join our Quality team based in Nanterre/Paris.

The Global Quality Technical Manager is part of the Global Quality Corporate Team. He/She will report to the Global Quality Director.
He/ She will lead the Quality transformative Roadmap.
Responsibilities
LEAD
- Promote and enhance Quality culture within T. EN through the follow-up of implementation of QUARTZ program.
- Develop and implement a Process Mindset approach within T.EN.
- Perform QHSES leadership visit within office and on site
- Support the development of Quality Career path
- Embrace a quality data driven culture enabling T.EN to serve our Customers (internal and external) better.
COLLABORATE
- Foster collaboration across TEN (Digiteam, Risk, operational performance…)
- Coordinate the BPMS Network (Global Owner, Subject Expert matters, Focal point method) by regular conducting regular Process reviews
DELIVER
- Contribute to and Deploy the Global Quality Strategy
- Maintain Global Quality management system in particular
- Establish the BPMS process maturity and define the RoadMap with Global owners
- Support and standardize the development of new Quality Management systems for new types of Business as per needs.
- Develop and implement new BPMS tool within T. EN in liaison with all stakeholders (Digi team, operational performance…) and build communication package (i-learn…)/ training sessions for employees
STOP
- Participate to Site Excellence audit/ Quality Cold Eye review as necessary
- Promote a risk-based approach in audit management
LEARN
- Ensure implementation of Feedback and Lesson Learnt process within all OC clusters ensuring a focus on data Quality aspect.
- Lead Global Quality Alert cycle until its closure. Participate and follow-up issuance and resolution of local Quality Alert.
IMPROVE
- Support investigations on critical quality issues, identify areas for improvement in the production process and implement effective solutions to enhance quality and efficiency
- Conduct Business improvement initiative as required

Nice to have:
- Operational experience as Head of Quality, or Quality Manager on EPC projects.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
Minimum education level:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in quality management, engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO) is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management or a related role, preferably in manufacturing or production environments.
