If you share our determination to drive the transition to a low-carbon future, then this could be the job for you. We are currently looking for an HRBP, reporting directly to the HRD at our facility in Vaux en Velin, soon Villeurbanne.

 

About the position:

As HRBP, you will be responsible for implementing the People & Culture strategy and policies, in line with the company's global vision and values, for a scope of 300 employees, including Project Managers, Engineers (rotating machines, piping, electricity, instrumentation, etc.), Purchasing and Cost Control.

You will partner and coach managers on how to recruit, develop, retain and engage employees, in a psychologically safe environment, to support and operationalize TEN's strategy and transformation.

 

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Build a strong and trusting relationship with managers and employees;
  • Provide strategic and operational HR support by providing advice and coaching, particularly on Performance and Talent Management processes, and by ensuring the Quality of Life and Working Conditions of employees;
  • Deploy and lead the company's main HR processes and campaigns: performance management, individual development, career management, talent reviews, salary reviews, recruitment, training;
  • Act as an agent of change: bring about a positive evolution in HR management practices and support business transformation;
  • Support employees at key moments in their experience with TEN: onboarding, career development and advancement;
  • Contribute to global HR transformation and improvement projects;
  • Responsible for data integrity in HR systems.

 

About you:

We would be delighted to get to know you better if your profile matches the following expected points:

  • Higher education (Master 2 or equivalent) with, if possible, a specialization in HR;
  • 5 to 10 years' professional experience ;
  • Knowledge of labor law, HR management methods and tools;
  • Excellent communication skills (listening, analyzing and influencing people);
  • Strong planning and organizational skills;
  • Interest in and knowledge of RPS prevention a plus;
  • Fluent English
