We are currently seeking a Human Resources Project Manager, reporting directly to the HR Director, in our team based in Nanterre/Paris.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Project Manager to lead and manage HR projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR processes and quality management, ensuring that all HR initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively.

 

The mission we offer you:

HR Process Management:

  • Identify, design, and implement HR processes to enhance operational efficiency and improve the employee experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Define roles and responsibilities for new HR processes and communicate changes effectively to all stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor and measure the effectiveness of HR processes.

Quality Process Focal Point:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for quality management within the HR department.
  • Establish and maintain quality standards for HR processes, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure HR staff are knowledgeable about quality standards and procedures.

Project Management:

  • Plan, execute, and oversee HR projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Manage project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Change Management:

  • Lead change management initiatives to support the successful implementation of HR projects.
  • Develop and execute change management plans, including communication strategies, training programs, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Assess the impact of changes on the organization and develop strategies to mitigate any negative effects.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the HR department.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to enhance HR operations.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in HR technology and processes

 

About you :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR project management, with a focus on HR processes and quality management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software and HR information systems.

Nice to have :

  • Certification in Project Management (PMP or similar) or HR (SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar).
  • Experience with HR technology implementations and process automation.
