About the opportunity we offer:

Ensure document management on a Pharmacy project using a pilot EDM tool.

Two distinct missions must be taken into consideration. 

The assignment for the position of Project Documentation Manager.

• Drafting of project document management procedures, with the support of the Lead
• Management of project documents (engineering and suppliers) using the pilot tool used on the project
• Drafting materials (instructions) for meetings with suppliers
• Attend kick-off meetings with suppliers
• Updating Distribution Matrices
• Management of the registration and distribution of project documents to the client and various project stakeholders, 
• Support teams in the use of the chosen pilot tool
• Fill in quality indicators and collect information for the establishment of the monthly report
• Administer the pilot tool according to the different phases of the project.

The mission relating to the implementation and monitoring of the pilot EDM tool.

-             Collection of feedback on the tool's features:

-             Identify features that are working correctly

-             Identify features that need improvement from the publisher

-             Write down the need for improvement

-             Share these points with the Head of the Project Document Management Department,

-             Presentation of Feedback to the Editor. And Clarification of the expected need

-             Issue and follow up on a report on these improvement requests
