Missions offered: 

 

Within the Ethics & Compliance department, you will participate, in close collaboration with the members of the team, in the various activities of the department.

As part of your missions, you will participate in the following activities:

  • Business Ethics: You will participate in the deployment of the compliance program, and in particular, conduct risk mapping, develop documentation, participate in the development of training and the evaluation of third parties.
  • Investigation: You will participate in internal investigations and compliance audits in France and abroad, in the drafting of memoranda and legal opinions.
  • Economic sanctions and export control: You will participate in the drafting of legal watches and opinions, analyses of the compliance of operations/transactions with European economic sanctions regulations.

 

Profile sought:

 

What we expect from you:

  • EFB, holder of an M2, if applicable, supplemented by another training (Business School, LLM, Institute of Political Studies).
  • Experience in a law firm or in a compliance company will be highly appreciated.
  • Perfect command of English, sense of rigor, dynamism, and good writing, analysis and synthesis skills.
  • You like teamwork and are able to adapt to different interlocutors in a multicultural environment.
  • You will have to respect professional rules and confidentiality.
  • You are proficient in computer tools (Office 365).

 

During this internship, you will be accompanied by a tutor to answer your various questions. This internship will be an opportunity for you to increase your skills and knowledge.
