We are currently seeking a Transactional Accounting & Tax Digital Products Lead, reporting directly toFinance Digital Products Manager to join our Support Functions & Corporate Digital Products Domain, Finance Digital Products Department based in Nanterre/Paris.

About the mission we offer you:
Working with three other team members and several project managers, the main responsibilities of the Manager are:
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with the finance teams, acting as a partner with finance leaders.
- Manage the relevant applications with the associated outsourced services (incident resolution, backlog of enhancements, etc.).
- Ensure the delivery of ongoing projects with dedicated project teams. - Define the roadmap of DIGITEAM systems and manage project readiness from a governance and organizational point of view.
- Ensure the quality and full availability of the applications within compliance requirements (SOX/ISA). - Collaborate across multiple IT teams: ERP, MDM, BI, Corporate, and Local applications.
Your main responsibilities:
- Define and review the IT roadmap for relevant applications. - Organize regular operational meetings with business owners to gather requirements, follow up, and share progress on enhancements (backlog management) and issues (incident management). - Organize workshops for business requirements gathering.
- Attend client and partner advisory boards to stay up-to-date with functionalities.
- Share feedback and propose new functionalities to the business.
- Manage the virtual team (employees, contractors, outsourced services) to deliver key user support and agreed enhancements.
- Manage vendor relationships around reporting and consolidation domains.
- Act as an expert to validate the technical solution. - Contribute to projects related to the domain.
- Ensure the delivery of projects in that domain.
- Ensure the availability of the platform in coordination with the technical teams. - Work as Level 3 for incident and problem management.
- Ensure compliance with internal control.
- Propose continuous improvements in the domain (processes, tools used, etc.) and organize their delivery once approved.
- Be in charge of the OCR application and e-invoicing topics to meet legal obligations. -Handle productivity-related topics.
- Participate in the governance of ServiceNow, including the development of App Engine.
- Monitor our integrator and our L1/L2 within our CoE.
- Act as the point of contact for our GBS service center based in India.
About you:
- Master’s degree in IT / Finance area.
- 10 years of professional experience in IT or Digital organizations including 5+ years of experience on global Finance Digital Products
- Strong background in IT/Finance.
- Good understanding of architecture aspects of applications (data architecture, data modeling, etc.).
- Good capacity to work with virtual/remote teams.
- Good communication skills.
- Good understanding of compliance processes (SOX/ISA).
- Fluent in English.
- Strong organizational
Nice to have:
- Energy Industry experience
- Data centric architecture and operations definition, experience with Master Data
- Solid IT background including Infrastructure and CyberSecurity aspects (Active Directory, Office365, hosting, connectivity, CyberSecurity standards…)
- Experience with BI architecture and technologies
- Experience working within Internal Control departments
