We are currently seeking a Workload Data Analyst, reporting directly to Head of Operation Performance to join our Operations Data Analysis team based in Paris, France (Nanterre).

About the mission we offer you:

The position’s duties fall into 3 main processes:

  • You assist the Paris Operating Center (POC) Business Application Coordinator of the Workload Planning System (WPS: an in-house software that is filled by the Heads of Department in the whole T.EN perimeter) in managing the WPS application. 

 

  • You participate in the Paris OC monthly consolidation process under the responsibility of the Lead Workload Data Analyst. You assist the Lead Workload Data Analyst in providing the required data as per the cut-off dates calendar

 

  • You assist the Lead Workload Data Analyst in promoting the data quality inside the Paris OC and in controlling the data submitted by the Head of Department.

 

Under the responsibility of the Lead Workload Data Analyst, you assist him/her on the following activities: 

  • Liaise with the sources’ owners that feed WPS through interfaces (MDM, Twist, the Active Directory).

 

  • Provide a first-level hotline for users in Paris OC.

 

  • Promote the data quality and share the good practices in using WPS.

 

  • Participates to regular meeting to be informed of the local prediction hypothesis.

 

  • Follow up the monthly reporting calendar of deliverables enforced by One T.EN Delivery.

 

  • Follow up the monthly calendar of deliverables enforced by Paris OC.

 

  • Liaise with several other department to corroborate WPS data in Paris:
    • People & Culture
    • Sourcing & Procurement
    • Cost Control
    • Business Development

 

  • Provide specific resource-related or workload-related documents like for the Commercial Pre-Qualifications or like upon-request simulations.

 

  • Regularly train new Parisian Heads of Department and review their declarations in the tool to reach with them the accuracy targets.

 

  • Provide Paris OC Power BI reports about resources and workload prediction.

 

Starting Date: May 2025.

 

About you:

Qualifications: 

 

Education: You have a master's degree in engineering, data science or cost control.

 

Experience: You have between 1 and 3 (max) years of experience in data analysis or cost control or workload management.

 

Languages: Fluency in English, notions of French would be an advantage.

 

Technical skills: User of Excel, Power BI or database management.

 

Main skills: 

  • You are autonomous and problem-solving oriented. You are eager to learn about new software
  • You have great interpersonal skills (numerous interactions with Management-level individuals)
  • You have a clear and structured writing (design documents), as well as presentation skills
  • You have a sense of confidentiality
