You will play a key role in shaping and implementing marketing initiatives that support pipeline growth, enhance brand awareness, and build Temelion’s presence in the market. You will collaborate closely with our Product & Sales team to align marketing efforts with overarching business objectives.
We are looking for a seasoned marketing professional with experience in B2B marketing, a good understanding of the Design & Construction sector, and the ability to work both strategically and hands-on in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
Content Creation
Create compelling content that connects with our target audience—ranging from whitepapers and blog posts to social media, newsletters, customer stories, and articles in specialized press. Ensure messaging is consistent, authentic, and aligned with our brand voice.
Distribute content across multiple channels and in diverse formats. Plan, implement, and assess campaigns to foster engagement and support key business objectives.
Pipeline Generation & Brand Awareness
Use a mix of digital and in-person marketing channels to foster engagement and support pipeline growth.
Continuously improve digital channels such as - SEO, SEA and Website - to boost reach and relevance
Event Management: Plan and deliver impactful events like conferences, customer meetups, webinars, etc.
Coordinate Temelion’s presence at industry events, ensuring meaningful visibility and ROI.
Campaign Performance**:** Monitor and evaluate marketing efforts to inform decision-making, maximize impact, and enable continuous learning.
Pipeline Growth: Show clear, measurable contribution to pipeline development, deal acceleration, and revenue support.
Brand Awareness: Help strengthen Temelion’s presence and reputation within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction sectors.
Campaign Performance: Monitor and evaluate marketing efforts to inform decision-making, maximise impact and enable continuous learning.
Experience: You bring at least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the construction industry or the tech industry
Strategic & Tactical Thinking: You’re skilled at shaping and executing marketing strategies that align with business goals and can adapt between big-picture planning and hands-on implementation.
Digital Marketing know-how:
You have experience running marketing campaigns, including ABM, events and content development
You’re comfortable using digital advertising platforms and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Results-Oriented: You care about making an impact and use data as a supportive tool to reflect, adapt, and improve marketing efforts.
Collaboration & Project Coordination: You enjoy working across teams, building alignment, and helping projects move forward through shared understanding and cooperation.
Communication: You have strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English and are comfortable conveying ideas clearly and thoughtfully.
