The position

Job description

As a Clinical Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our AI-powered solutions are effectively implemented in hospital settings and delivering benefits to our medical users and patients. Acting as the bridge between medical professionals and our internal teams, you will oversee our latest solutions’ deployment sucess, provide technical and clinical coordination to customers on new deployment projects, and gather user feedback to drive continuous improvement of our solutions. A priority mission for you will be to support our sales organization by contributing to the sales process with deep clinical knowledge and creating compelling marketing success stories to highlight the impact of our solutions.

The role expects a 50% travelling time visiting our customer base and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the deployment of our pilot AI products in hospitals, ensuring seamless integration with existing workflows.

  • Act as the primary clinical liaison between hospital teams and internal product development.

  • Collaborate with R&D teams to address user feedback and refine product functionality.

  • Drive go-to-market initiatives by demonstrating the clinical value of our solutions to prospective clients.

  • Work closely with the sales team to enhance performance and align clinical insights with sales strategies.

  • Develop and share marketing success stories that illustrate the impact and benefits of our technology.

  • Support clinical trials and studies related to our products, as needed.

  • Participate to RT congresses and contribute to user feedback gatherings.

Preferred experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Physics, or a related field.

  • Experience: 3+ years experience in healthcare and similar setting. Previous experience in radiotherapy, medical imaging, or healthcare technology deployment is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and radiotherapy processes.

  • Excellent communication skills to work with diverse stakeholders, including clinicians, engineers, and sales professionals.

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and adapt to fast-paced environments.

  • Experience in hospitals or radiotherapy centers is a plus.
