As General Manager, US, you will lead our market expansion, define commercial strategy, and execute operational initiatives to accelerate the adoption of AI-powered precision radiotherapy solutions across the United States. You will drive business development, strategic partnerships, and large-scale implementation, ensuring our technology becomes a standard of care in leading oncology centers and radiotherapy networks. Working cross-functionally with product, sales, clinical affairs, and regulatory teams, you will play a pivotal role in scaling best practices in cancer treatment and driving tangible improvements in patient care.
Develop & execute the US market strategy, focusing on rapid adoption, clinical integration, and strategic partnerships.
Champion AI-driven precision radiotherapy, engaging with hospitals, oncology centers, and key industry stakeholders to propagate best practices and ensure large-scale implementation.
Lead a high-impact commercial team (sales, marketing, clinical engagement) to drive market penetration and revenue growth.
Establish relationships with medical physicists, radiation oncologists, and hospital administrators to advance AI-driven treatment planning.
Work closely with product and R&D teams to align customer needs with technological advancements.
Represent the company at industry conferences and thought leadership events, positioning us as the leader in AI-powered radiotherapy.
Monitor KPIs and financial performance to ensure scalable and profitable growth.
Proven leadership experience (10+ years) in healthcare, medical software, or AI-driven solutions, ideally within oncology, radiotherapy, or digital health.
Deep knowledge of the US healthcare system, reimbursement models, and oncology ecosystem, with an established network in radiotherapy and cancer care.
Strong track record in business development, commercial strategy, and scaling innovative healthcare solutions.
Experience engaging with medical physicists, radiation oncologists, and hospital decision-makers to drive clinical adoption.
