Role Overview

The Regional Sales Director (RSD) will be responsible for leading business development and sales efforts within a designated region in the United States. This role involves engaging with key stakeholders in oncology, including hospital administrators, radiation oncologists, medical physicists, and healthcare executives, to drive adoption of AI-powered automation in radiotherapy planning.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market penetration.

  • Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with oncology centers, hospitals, and cancer care networks.

  • Conduct high-impact presentations and product demonstrations to educate prospects on the value of AI-driven radiotherapy solutions.

  • Work closely with clinical and technical teams to customize solutions based on client needs.

  • Lead negotiations and close enterprise-level deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Market Expansion & Strategic Partnerships

  • Identify new business opportunities and establish partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), hospital networks, and government healthcare initiatives.

  • Keep abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape in the radiotherapy and AI healthcare sectors.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop region-specific campaigns and engagement strategies.

Customer Success & Implementation

  • Work closely with clinical application specialists to ensure smooth onboarding and training for new clients.

  • Gather customer feedback to drive product improvements and innovation.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare providers, ensuring long-term satisfaction and product utilization.


Preferred experience

Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience (8+ years) in MedTech, Healthcare AI, Radiation Oncology, or Medical Device sales.
✅ Strong network and relationships in the oncology, radiotherapy, or hospital sector.
✅ Track record of closing high-value enterprise sales and exceeding revenue targets.
Deep understanding of radiotherapy workflows, AI in healthcare, and automation in oncology.
✅ Ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear value propositions for healthcare decision-makers.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
✅ Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
✅ Willingness to travel (50-70%) to meet clients and attend industry events.
