The position

Job description

Your role as a Site Reliability Engineer - Intern will be to ensure the reliability and security of the production systems. In addition to that you will design and develop new highly available and cost-effective platforms with the help of senior engineers.

As a Site Reliability Engineer - Intern, you will gain firsthand experience working on a hybrid infrastructure that combines cloud and on-premise platforms. You will participate in platform and application architecture discussions and contribute to decision-making. Finally, you will work at our Paris office alongside highly competent and motivated engineers from various backgrounds across many teams.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the functioning of the production systems.

  • Troubleshoot application/platform issues and provide status updates.

  • Collaboration with the dev and support teams for the deployment of new releases.

  • Create new platforms based on the requirements.

  • Setup and manage end-to-end monitoring and alerting for critical aspects.

  • Automate Infrastructure provisioning with IaC tools.


Preferred experience

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  • Working knowledge of containers. Kubernetes is a plus.

  • Basic understanding of Network Security.

  • Eager to learn and enthusiastic.

  • Working English language skills are a must.

  • Problem-solving attitude & Team spirit.
