The position

Job description

The Mission

As a Senior UI/UX Designer at ThreatMark, you will be responsible for designing user-friendly interfaces. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to ensure our products are intuitive and visually appealing. Your contributions will play a crucial role in enhancing user satisfaction and overall product quality.

The primary product you will work on is a web application used by fraud analysts. They use it to determine if a customer is a victim of fraud and if additional action is necessary. By improving the application’s efficiency, you will help fraud analysts work faster and prevent more fraudulent activities.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Design and prototype user interfaces for web applications.

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.

  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user needs.

  • Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma.


Preferred experience

Must have:

  • Knowledge of design principles and experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

  • Being able to communicate in English.

  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with Agile development processes.
