📣 About the role 

Fresh from our Serie A, we are on a mission to revolutionize the 2T$ hospitality industry and to become a new vertical SaaS giant.

As a rapidly growing SaaS company, with a current robust pipeline of projects, this position is vital to Thynk’s success.

As our new Senior Project Manager you will be part of a growing & dynamic team - within the Operations Department - composed of 20 people among the Professional Services Team.

Especially, you’ll be responsible for leading and managing complex Thynk implementation and enhancing projects. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce platforms, exceptional project management skills (including custom development and integration projects) and the ability to lead & inspire cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
 

🧑‍💻 As our Senior Project Manager at Thynk, you will: 

Be involved in a wide range of responsibilities :

- Project Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Thynk projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and end-users, to gather requirements, set expectations, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

- Team Management: Supervise project teams providing direction, support, and performance feedback.

- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.

- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with organizational and Thynk best practices.

- Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of Thynk solutions.

- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk logs, and post-implementation reviews.

- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates, tools, and best practices to continuously improve project management processes and outcomes.

🍭 About you

You will be a great fit if you have :

- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field

- A Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years specifically managing Salesforce projects

- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification

- Excellent communication, analytical & adaptability skills

Bonus point if you have :

- A Master’s degree !

- Any Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator
