You will join a growing team and will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic accounts, with the aim of rolling out the account more widely and developing it further.
Opportunity creation: Generate and manage qualified opportunities generated by the Customer Success team or by you;
Commercial relations: Manage the commercial relationship with customers and manage the sales cycle: demonstration, preparation of the commercial proposal, financial and legal negotiation where appropriate, closing;
Account strategy: Mapping accounts, navigating and building strategic relationships within them so as to extend your influence internally;
Analysis: Carry out strategic analyses of customer needs and produce customised recommendations;
Interventions: Take part in strategic presentations (COMEX) to present recent projects and highlight progress made, so as to convince and extend the scope;
Testimonials: Working in coordination with the marketing team to produce success stories or customer testimonials that can be filmed and broadcast;
Forecasting: Provide accurate reporting and forecasts, while delivering monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets;
Product improvement: Provide customer feedback with a view to continuous improvement of the sales process and the product offering, in collaboration with the Product team.

You’ve already managed a portfolio of key accounts in a B2B SaaS company or in consultancy;
You’re highly organized and structured;
You enjoy customer relations and are able to quickly establish a relationship of trust with a wide range of high-level contacts;
You are curious, ambitious and want to develop in a dynamic environment;
You have excellent oral and verbal communication skills, and you speak and write professional English.
