Area Sales Representative (Thessaloniki based)

For us to succeed in creating the perfect hair and beauty experience through our platform, we have a highly driven sales team ready to seek new, attractive salons for us to partner with.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Representative, to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the market of Thessaloniki, generating their own leads, managing the full sales cycle, and converting prospects into satisfied customers and long-lasting partnerships. 

As a consultative seller, you will ask our prospects the right questions to guide your pitch and highlight how Treatwell salon software can help them. Equipped with a strong market knowledge, you will be confident in explaining all that Treatwell can do to improve both their customer and business experience. This role will be balancing between outbound sales, with occasional inbound leads.

The position is key in growing our salon portfolio in Thessaloniki and expanding further into the region and you’ll be a natural in delivering a professional and friendly approach to our partners, ensuring Treatwell is their preferred and trusted brand.

You will be responsible for:

  • The full end-to-end sales cycle management from lead generation to closing the contract to closing.
  • Prospecting new salons and generating leads, with a heavy focus on Outbound Sales Activities multiple channels and a high activity routine.
  • Hosting online and on-site demos, negotiating terms and finalising contracts with prospective salons.
  • Communicate Treatwell’s software value proposition, handle objections to close deals and set up successful long term partnerships.
  • Manage a strong sales pipeline to hit monthly targets.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM System Salesforce.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
  • Contribute in the development of the sales strategy for your assigned region.

About You

  • Fluent Greek & English speaker.
  • Minimum 3+ years of B2B sales experience (Experience in SaaS is a big plus but not mandatory).
  • Go-Getter mentality.
  • Winning mentality, always going the extra mile to get the job done.
  • Natural communicator, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Love receiving feedback and putting it into action in order to achieve better results.
  • Tech savvy.
  • Great skills in listening and problem solving.
  • Self-starter, ready to take initiative, but also willing to collaborate to elevate the success of a team.
